I am in an existing contract with my other broadband provider: should I cancel this before I join County Broadband?

If you are in an existing broadband service contract, please do not cancel any existing provider until we have successfully completed your installation. Our free deferral scheme enables you to benefit from our connection as soon as we can connect you and we will not start your contract or charge you for our service until your existing contract expires.

Please log in to the County Broadband service portal and provide details of your existing contract, by uploading an image, so that we can set up your free service period. This can be a scanned document, a picture or a screenshot.

We are unable to defer contracts once the account has been activated, therefore it is important that you provide a copy of your contract prior to booking your installation.
