What is a Customer Connection Document?

The Customer Connection Document (CCD) is sent to you after your order and will explain:

  • The outcome of your survey. This will include information on whether we need traffic management, tree surgery, permission and a licence required to connect via an overhead pole, and if we need to appoint a specialist engineer to complete your connection.
  • Any additional costs for completing your connection, if this doesn’t fall within our standard connection costs, with details and options on how to pay or the opportunity to extend your contract period in lieu of these costs.
  • If specialist equipment is required.

This is an important document: please take the time to read this fully when you receive it.
