How do I book an installation appointment?
When we are ready to connect you to our network, we send you a personalised Customer Connection Document that outlines how we will connect your property. Our Customer Connections team will then contact you to book an appointment. If we can’t get in contact via telephone, we will send you an appointment letter via e-mail outlining the date we plan to connect you. It is important that you confirm the appointment via telephone or via e-mail. If you do not confirm the appointment, it will be cancelled so that our engineering teams are fully utilised.
