If I have renewed over the phone, how do I confirm my renewal?
If you have renewed your contract over the phone with our telesales team, please follow these steps to confirm your renewal contract:
- Visit the service portal.
- You will see a new option on your homepage under "Personal Offers".
- Click on this.
- This will present a drop down box in which you need to select your current package.
- Once this is selected it will bring through your new renewal contract agreement.
- Scroll down and you can accept this.
Once accepted your new contract will show on your portal and any overpayments will be credited back to you (please allow time for processing).
