Can I cancel my contract?

Can I cancel my contract?

Yes, if you wish to cease your County Broadband fibre broadband contract at the end of your minimum term instead of renewing, you can do so without penalty. However, if you wish to restore your service in future, an activation fee (£25) will apply to restore service. A break in service of up to 14 days will occur between the cessation of the old service and provision of the new service.
