How do I set up a guest Wi-Fi network?

How do I set up a guest Wi-Fi network?

You can set up a guest network easily using the My CB Wi-Fi App (available free for Apple and Android devices)

The guest network is a parallel network that is independent of your private network. Therefore, you can provide Internet access to someone without jeopardising the security of your own devices (devices connected to the private network are not visible or accessible to devices in the guest network).

The activation or deactivation of this network can be done from two places: in the “Home” and “Wi-Fi” sections of the My CB Wi-Fi app. To manage the guest network status from the first, you can use the “Activate Guest” or “Disable Guest” buttons (depending on the current status). A confirmation screen is displayed during the activation process.

When activating the guest network from the “Wi-Fi” section, it is possible to activate it indefinitely or for a given time interval (30 minutes to 6 hours). When the guest network is active, you can also change the name (SSID) or password for it to be different to your home details.
