Where can I find my renewal options on the Client Portal?
Please visit the service portal:
- You will see a new option on your homepage under "Personal Offers”.
- Click on this.
- This will present a drop-down box in which you need to select your current package.
- Once this is selected it will bring through your new renewal contract agreement.
- Scroll down and you can accept this.
Once accepted your new contract will show on your portal.
