What are my renewal options?
Shortly before the end of your existing contract, we will write to you with options to renew your contract based on your current service. These will include:
- Our recommended option (our best available offer) for the service you are receiving.
- An alternative tariff option for the service you are receiving.
- If you don’t renew your contract, we will continue to provide your existing service under your existing terms, at the list price of the product (in line with your contract summary and information documents)
Of course you can upgrade your service to a higher speed, or add services such as one of our homephone packages or Smart WiFi to your renewal contract if you want to do so.
