There are a few ways to set up your phone depending on a few factors.
This handy guide will help you to determine how yours should be set up...
Fibre Router Setup
This setup applies to customers:
- Who have our REAL FIBRE service
- Who do NOT have their fibre router in bridge mode
- Who do NOT have their phone connected via a secondary router or extender
AND
- Who do NOT have a VoIP phone or Grandstream Phone Adapter
Grandstream Phone Adapter Setup
This setup applies to customers:
- Who have our Superfast Wireless service, or had this previously
- Who have our REAL FIBRE service but have their fibre router in bridge mode
- Who have our REAL FIBRE service but connect their phone via a secondary router or extender
- Who have a Grandstream Phone Adapter box
AND
- Who do NOT have a VoIP phone
VoIP Phone Setup
This setup applies to customers:
- Who have any kind of County Broadband connection
AND
- Who have a VoIP phone
