We understand that you may have pre-ordered or want to enjoy the advantages of full fibre broadband while currently being under an existing contract. Not to worry, we can offer you a deferred start to your contract, which means you can connect to County Broadband and only start paying when your existing contract expires. This is guaranteed up to 12 months but can be, up to 24 months at our discretion. 

It is important that you send us proof of your existing contract that clearly shows the expiry date before you are connected. We cannot accept this after the date of your installation. Please do send us this as soon as you receive your customer connection document. 

Your contract period will commence on the expiry date, so if you have a 24-month contract this will commence at this time.
