Your contract will either be 24 months or 12 months depending on what you opted for when you signed up for County Broadband.

What happens at the end of the minimum term of my contract?

We will email you approximately 60 days prior to your contract expiring and you will be offered a new contract We will provide the closest matched product to your existing tariff. To accept the offer and secure your new contract with a guarantee of no `in-contract price increases’, simply follow the links in the email to your customer portal.

Can I cancel a pre-order agreement?

Pre-orders or pre-contracts are agreed upon while we build our network. We have to meet certain conditions to build and deliver service in a reasonable timeframe (visit https://countybroadband.co.uk/terms/ to find out more), and if we do not meet these, you will have the right to cancel. If we do meet these requirements, you will be required to accept the order and get connected to full fibre broadband.

We do understand that you may move house during this period of time, and allow you the right to cancel if this is the case. You will be asked to provide proof of the sale of your property or the cancellation of your rental agreement.
