Generally this is possible.

There is no requirement from County Broadband for your email address to be changed as we do not provide email addresses however you may need to check with your current email providers to ensure your current addresses can continue to be used. Some companies try very hard to hold on to your broadband business by preventing you from using their email address on a broadband service which is not supplied by them. Others may charge you for continuing to use their email address.

If you are unable to continue use of your current e-mail addresses we suggest opeing an account for free with Goggle Mail, Outlook.com, or Yahoo Mail. These email services are independent of your internet connection and therefore will likely not need to be changed ever again.
