We operate in exactly the same way as other Internet Service Providers in that we can only guarantee constant speeds if you pay for an expensive One to One Leased Line. Our Residential and Business packages therefore do not guarantee a constant speed; but unlike phone based broadband providers our service will not deteriorate the further you are away from the exchange.
If you are looking for a guaranteed speed then please talk to us as we can provide this for you via a Leased Line option
We try to be very fair to our customers and if we are unable to achieve the required service we will only charge you for the lower package and restrict the speed to that package. this willall be agreed at the time of installation
