Homephone Features - Grandstream Phone Adapter

Anonymous Calling

Enables you to make calls with your number withheld; this will display as “Anonymous” in the recipient’s call logs.

To Enable: Dial *30 and press the call button

To Disable: Dial *31 and press the call button


Anonymous Calling Per Call

Enables you to make a single call with your number withheld; this will display as “Anonymous” in the recipient’s call logs.

To Use: Dial *67, then the number you would like to call, then press the call button


Anonymous Call Block

Blocks incoming calls from withheld/anonymous numbers – configured upstream.

To Enable: Call our Technical Support Team on 01376562002 or email [email protected] and let us know that you would like anonymous calls blocked.

To Disable: Call our Technical Support Team on 01376562002 or email [email protected] and let us know you no longer want anonymous calls blocked.


Do Not Disturb (DND)

Prevents calls from coming in while the feature is enabled.

To Enable: Dial *78 and press the call button

To Disable: Dial *79 and press the call button


Call Waiting

Notifies you if somebody calls in while you are already using the phone; holds that call until you switch to that line.

To Enable: Dial *51 and press the call button

To Disable: Dial *50 and press the call button

To Answer a Waiting Call: Press the FLASH/Hook button


Call Return

Dials the last number you received an incoming call from.

To Use: Dial *69 and press the call button


Call Forwarding

Forwards all calls to the specified phone number while enabled.

To Enable: Dial *72, then the number you want calls forwarded to, then #

To Disable: Dial *73 and press the call button


Call Forwarding on Busy

Forwards calls to the specified phone number when the line is busy.

To Enable: Dial *90, then the number you want calls forwarded to, then #

To Disable: Dial *91 and press the call button


Call Forwarding After Delay

Forwards calls to the specified phone number after a pre-configured wait time.

To Enable: Dial *92, then the number you want calls forwarded to, then #

To Disable: Dial *93 and press the call button


Call Divert

Diverts calls before they reach your ATA – best used during Internet or power outages.

To Enable: Call our Technical Support Team on 01376562002 or email [email protected] and let us know what number needs to be diverted, and which number you would like it diverted to.

To Disable: Call our Technical Support Team on 01376562002 or email [email protected] and let us know that the divert can be removed.


Blocking Specified Numbers

Prevents specified numbers from calling you.

To Enable: Call our Technical Support Team on 01376562002 or email [email protected] and let us know which number(s) to block.

To Disable: Call our Technical Support Team on 01376562002 or email [email protected] and let us know which number(s) to unblock.


3-Way Calling

Adds a third party into an existing call.

To Use: Press the FLASH/Hook button, then dial the number you wish to add to the call, then press #. Once the third person answers, press the FLASH/Hook button again to bring them into the call. If the third person does not answer, press the FLASH/Hook button to return to the call.
