Our service relies on a clear line of sight between the recieving antenna on your roof and the transmitter. Therefore trees, buildings and other large fixed objects that obscure a line-of-sight to one of our CAPs (Community Access Points) will effect this type of installation as it relies on very low powered radio signals.
We therefore take all practical steps to plan the placement of our CAPs in locations where subscribers can access them on a line-of-sight basis, and in areas where there are lots of tress we will have more CAPs so that we can deliver our service to more of the community. We also have other options for getting signals into difficult locations so please ask.
Service provision is always subject to final survey on the day of installation, but we usually find a way of getting subscribers connected!
