Do adverse weather conditions affect the service

Like with all external infrastructure, severe weather will affect the service. Heavy winds, storms etc will affect our service in the same way it affects all other utilities. We cannot help that, but we do work extrememly hard to bring the service back on line as soon as we can, and in the winter storms of 2014/15 we had our network back up and running in 48 hours whilst BT were still struggling to bring theirs online 10 days later.

However, the usual weather conditions of the UK have no impact on our service, and our service runs fine in rain, snow, sun, wind etc.
